Crypto Exchange CRM brings clients, documents, deals, offices, cash desks, employees and reporting into one product for physical crypto exchanges. The platform supports multiple organizations, isolates their data on the server and gives each role a dedicated working context.
Why the system was created
A physical crypto exchange must manage customer records, identification documents, deal progress, cash desks, rates and financial outcomes at the same time. A multi-office network also needs a consolidated view without exposing one organization's data to employees of another.
The platform serves a network owner, super administrator, exchange administrator and cashier. Leadership receives organization-wide reporting, administrators manage their own operation and staff, while cashiers handle clients and day-to-day deals without access to restricted financial data.
Bring daily exchange operations into one product while enforcing strict boundaries between organizations, roles and data types. A direct API request, modified filter or private-file URL must never bypass the restrictions visible in the interface.
We built two specialized Frappe workspaces: network administration and the exchange operator desk. The server derives the organization from the employee's active profile, validates linked records, calculates financial deal fields, controls allowed status transitions and enforces permissions across APIs, reports and file delivery.

Cashiers and administrators manage clients, documents, deals, cash desks and the current state of their office from one interface.
A super administrator can review organizations, employees, documents, deals and network-wide indicators with organization filters.
The customer record links an accepted document, private file, reviewer, date and office without inventing verification facts for historical data.
The system tracks amounts, currencies, payment details, blockchain network, transaction hash and controlled transitions between operational statuses.
Rates, fees, margin and profit are calculated on the server, while access to financial fields is determined by employee role.
Period deals, profit summary, organization staff and network overview reports each perform their own server-side access check.

Crypto Exchange CRM turns a physical exchange network into one managed operating process. Leadership gets a consolidated view, employees get a focused workspace, and client, document, deal and financial data remain isolated by organization and role at the server level.
